Input

HEAD System

Developed in 2000

the HEAD oven is an older type of charcoal oven that is no longer being produced due to its high costs and limited mobility. As the predecessor of the Green Eco Furnace, the HEAD oven has proven its value in numerous production environments.

Even after over 20 years in production, the HEAD oven continues to produce high-quality charcoal without harmful emissions.

VMR systeem

Developed in 1992

The VMR carbonization units were the very first generation and laid the foundation for later innovations. While the system was groundbreaking at the time, it cannot compete with today’s advanced technologies. It lacked mobility and cost efficiency, which is why it is no longer available for production.

Mobile installation

The Green Eco furnace and Mc furnace can be placed anywhere, you just need a flat and solid surface. The complete installation can be built up in 2-3 days.

No or very little fuel required

A (gas/oil) burner is only needed when starting up the installation. Once the production process is well underway, you no longer need the burner. The installation then operates entirely on the wood gases coming from the waste wood.

Efficiency of 1:4

The plant works very efficiently, for 1000 tons of charcoal you need ± 3200 tons of waste wood. This is less than 1:4. The old traditional production methods have an efficiency of 1:7 Because of this you need much less waste wood and you have a higher quality charcoal.

No air pollution

Our carbonization furnaces afterburn all the acids and wood gases that come out of the wood during charring in a very efficient way. As a result, there is absolutely no contamination of the environment. We can give you a detailed report with the emmission values of the entire plant.

Designed for continuous charcoal production, our furnaces operate most efficiently when running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While the process can be halted, restarting the installation requires additional time and fuel.

Our installation only requires fuel (diesel/gas) during the initial startup of the oven..
